NO domain on the dashboard

    Hi Guys I purchased this domain in Dec 25 and missed to verify. Now it wouldn’t show in my dashboard, however I clearly paid for this domain for 3 years. I tried verifying again by re-send email and still the domain wont show in my dashboard

    Hi Thanks for getting back. Yes This is what I am saying that the domain is not showing in my account. I purchased it for my law firm on 12th Dec 2025 for £86.40 and received confirmation email that my domain is ready to use. But I just purchased and never really logged in my account as my business was not trading. I just got the regulator licence to trade on the 21st of May 26. Now I logged into my account to set up website and noticed that my domain is not showing. I checked all my emails from wordpress and saw that there was email on the 12th of Dec asking me to verify for ICANN verification which I missed. I used my account to resend the email verification and I believe my account is now verified but the domain is still not showing on my dashboard. Many thanks and looking forward .

    The issue you’re experiencing is that you’re logged into the wrong account. In this case, you’ll need to log out and then log back in using a different email address you may have used.

    If you don’t remember the correct email address, you can try our account recovery method by following this guide:
