  I cannot find the editor option in the appearance section in the dashboard. Please help me in this matter.

  If you are trying to edit your theme’s underlying HTML or PHP, we do not have access to that here on WordPressdotcom. You can make style changes to your theme through CSS editing available in the Premium and Business plan upgrades. https://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/
