No follow option or widget availiable

Hello. my website wawa.org.uk does not show any kind of follow option for wordpress users on the blog section of the site. I have trawled the forums looking for answers and all of them point to enabling the follow widget which I dont have, and changing the reader setting which also don’t exist for me. Is anyone able to help?
I had another blog in the past where a lot of readers came naturally thorugh following us as we posted articles, but with this new site Ive never seen anything in the way of followers.

We can’t help directly because we don’t host wawa.org.uk on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result we don’t have the ability to take a closer look at your site.
Instead your host (Digital Ocean) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com. The good news though is I can see you are using the Jetpack plugin on your site.
To explain, on WordPress.com we have the ability to follow a site built in to our service. If you have a WordPress.com site this is enabled by default, but that is only for sites we host directly. For your Digital Ocean site (which does not have WordPress.com functionality built in) you can add that option by enabling the subscriptions module in your Jetpack plugin.
