No full refund

    Hello,

    Last Friday, I think, I bought a WordPress plan here. I started with the first plan and then upgraded to the second one which in the end ended up costing me once €35 and once €63. Eventually it looked like wordpress wasn’t the site for me so I asked for a refund and canceled everything within only a couple of hours.

    According to the site I should’ve gotten a full refund but I only received €50! I would appreciate it if you would refund the rest of the money as well. I literally bought and then cancelled the site within a few hours and on the site it says that you can cancel domain registrations within 48 hours and the rest wihin 30 days, it also says that if I cancel within the cancelation period I will receive a full refund. Again, I would like to kindly ask for you to refund the rest of the money I’ve paid as I am still missing quite a lot.

    It seems that I cannot contact WordPress decently so I’m writing my letter through this forum as that seems to be the only option aparently?

    If you buy one plan and then buy a more expensive plan on top of that, only the second payment is refunded if you cancel.

    I’ve now refunded the first payment as well. You should receive it in about 10 business days.

    Your plan gave you access to live chat support, but as you cancelled your plan you no longer have that option, no.

    Hi there,

    That I did not know, I assume it’s somewhere written on the site so I’d like to apologize for assuming the refund was about all and any purchases within the given time span instead of just the last purchase made.

    Thank you so much for still refunding the rest of the money, I really appreciate it.

    With that I meant something like an e-mail address, I couldn’t find anything on the site itself but it seems that the forum works just as fine, so thanks again (:

    We don’t publish the email address, as that just attracts unnecessary spam. But we monitor all the different locations where the contact form sends you, depending on your account.
