No google authenticator code, can't log in to my account

    I installed the plug in Google Authenticator, but I accidentally didn’t set it up properly. WordPress usually doesn’t log me off from my account, but this time it did. Now I can’t log back into my account, because I don’t have the Google Authenticator code and I dont have any back up codes either. I don’t know how to regain access of my account and I can’t find anything online.. The account recovery form won’t work either, because I know my username and password, I just dont have the google authenticator key. Any help is much appreciated!

    I checked and Nawal doesn’t have Two Step Authentication enabled – so you should be able to regain access to the account by logging in with your username and password.

    If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it by entering your email address or username in the form on this page:

    Hi, thanks for the effort, but I havent forgotten my password. When i try to log in at nawalahimi.com/wp-admin, it asks for my Google Authenticator Code. I have tried two different passwords, changing my password, everything.. I would really appreciate it if you could help me out.

    Ah, I see that nawalahimi.com is not hosted at WordPress.com. As such, we are unable to provide any direct assistance in this manner.

    The fact that the site may have been built using WordPress, or may mention ‘Powered by WordPress’ (or something similar) simply means it is using the WordPress.org software, which can be downloaded and installed on any web host.
