No human help possible at all on Premium Plan

  I have now upgraded to a premium plan but I am blocked by the AI bot telling me “We noticed you have other open conversations. Would you like to see them?” over and over. If I can’t get actual human support as advertised – I want to request a Paypal refund for a Premium upgrade I just paid. What if my site vanishes altogether, and I’m stuck in a bot loop? – my initial issue is my site doesn’t load on Chrome or Samsung browser. The e-mail function will not continue, and allow me to even make e-mail contact.

  This is the AI bot loop I am stuck in, and it comes up in reply to any entry. (“We noticed you have other open conversations. Would you like to see them?”)
