  My site is still up with all my content, yet there is nothing on my dashboard?
  I need to backup my wordpress so I can move hosts and ftp site.
  My WP shows No Blog and No plugins etc.
  Help

  We can only support blogs hosted here at WordPress.com. Support for WordPress.org blogs like the one you mentioned is done at http://wordpress.org/support/

  To clear things up, note that WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities and support is done separately.
