No layout option in Add Media Library in WP vers 4.6.1

    Hi there,
    I’m currently testing the Edit Post function on my domain hosted on InMotion, whose WP version is 4.6.1.
    However, there are several significant features missing, such as
    1. In Visual Editor, no paragraph, no font, no colour etc to choose
    2. In Add Media Library, there is no layout option to present images professionally
    What could be the cause of the those missing features in IM host ?
    If it’s due to lower version of WP, kindly advise the correct version, then I’ll ask for upgrade on my domain in IM. If it’s due to missing plugins etc, kindly advise the plugins or any components concerned.
