No log in link coming to my email

  I was sent here by the AI assistant. Please, help! I have tried everything for 4 days! I am unable to log in to my WordPress.com account. When I go to the login page, it defaults to sending a magic login link via email, but the email never arrives. I want to log in using my password instead, but I cannot get the password field to appear. I have tried clearing my Chrome browser cookies and cache, but this has not resolved the issue. I have been waiting almost 4 days for help from the Happiness Engineers, and they have never contacted me. I need urgent assistance to regain access to my account. Everything worked fine until I changed my name servers to direct my domain to my site.

  I’m sorry to hear you’ve been stuck on this for several days.

  To help us investigate, could you let us know:

  • What WordPress.com username or email address are you trying to log in with?
  • Have you checked your Spam/Junk folder for the magic link email?
  • If you visit https://wordpress.com/log-in and click “Continue with password”, what happens? Do you see any error messages?

  Also, changing your domain’s nameservers would not normally affect your ability to log in to your WordPress.com account, so we’ll focus on the account access issue itself.

  Once we have the username/email you’re using and any error messages you’re seeing, we can take a closer look.
