No longer able to access DNS Records to update domain
-
We’ve had a successful transfer, but now WordPress.com will not allow us to access our DNS records to change the points. Instead, our domain (which was just purchased with a plan for another year) is no longer viewable in the domain screen. We are no longer able to chat with a representative either who initially walked us through this process. Please help!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Good morning –
Thanks for getting in touch!
I’ve had a closer look at henryclaytonncnw.org and I can see that it’s not actually connected to WordPress.com. This is why you’re not able to access the DNS records through our platform.
Here’s the most current domain information available for henryclaytonncnw.org:
Registrar: GoDaddy
Name Server: NS09.DOMAINCONTROL.COM
Name Server: NS10.DOMAINCONTROL.COMIf you are trying to point the domain to WordPress.com then you’ll ask GoDaddy to update the name servers to ours. Those are..
NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
NS3.WORDPRESS.COMThe complete instructions are on this page: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
