No longer have access to site

    Hi
    I had administrator access to the site, exergy-solutions.org. Someone else created it for our non-profit startup, but he is no longer doing work for us.
    I went in yesterday to try and add another person to make changes, and I no longer had administator access. Today, my email address was no longer found. I need to talk to someone to find out what is going on with our site.

    Hi there,

    We can’t help directly because we don’t host exergy-solutions.org on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result we don’t have the ability to take a closer look at your site.

    Instead your howeb designer appers to be using the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com. I can also see that the site is hosted with Omnis Network Hosting (contact) who is an outside host of websites which we are not connected with.

    If you are unable to contact the folks that designed your site (I recommend exhausting every possibility you can think of) you may be able to get help with access by contacting Omnis Networks, as they are in the best position to help.
