No more content at our site. Where did it go?

When we log into our WordPress account the chaparral.net all our content is gone! Not sure what happened? Is there any way you can check this out?

Hi, it happened the same to us.
We tried to visit our website kingtree.eu today, without success.
The website seems to have desappeared… We then tried to reach the connexion with the website management interface but the email adress is not recognized.
We then tried to connect with the link sent by e-mail. It worked (and we changed the password) but the website is empty.
What can we do, please ?

Good Morning Folks –
Looking at http://chaparral.net/ I can see that it does not use our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com. Instead, it’s set up on the open source WordPress.org software. Help with that comes from https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
