  I am not getting efficient visits to my post, only few visits gains to my linked URL. ? u help me …

  I wouldn’t worry about that too much. Your blog seems to exist only to drive people to click on the link to your external site and buy a product. That’s against the terms of service here, and will get your blog suspended.
