No option to change the logo

    Hello, I am attempting to update our logo but the option to do so was not listed when I followed the steps below:
    ‘Adding your Site Logo
    Go to Appearance → Customize and click on the Site Identity section.
    Click Select logo to open the Media Manager.
    Upload a new image, or select one that’s already in your Media Library.
    Click Set as logo, and you’ll see your logo appear in the preview window.
    Click the Publish button at the top right of the Customizer to activate the logo on your site.’

    Hi there!

    The option doesn’t exist because the theme that you’re using doesn’t support a site logo. Also, the theme is retired, so it no longer receives updates (which is likely why it doesn’t have the Site Logo option to begin with).

    We strongly recommend changing the theme to a newer one. You can check out the theme gallery with the Site Logo filter (At this link: https://wordpress.com/themes/filter/site-logo ) to view the themes that have the site logo feature.
