Hello, I’m currently living in China, so I have to use your android app to upload posts. And yesterday I couldn’t do it because I ran out of free space so I bought 10 GB. And now when I try to upload a post it says download failed no peer certificate.

    What can I do?

    My account: vesnalavric.wordpress.com

    Kind regards
    Vesna

    Hi Vesna,

It’s possible that the SSL connection is being interfered with because you’re in China, but I can certainly investigate to see if we can sort this out for you. Does it make a difference for you if you use the app on a WiFi connection versus a mobile network?

Also, can you send us your app’s debug logs? You can find them under Settings > Support > Application logs. That will give us more information to look at. (If you’d like, you can email us those logs rather than posting them here. Just let me know after you email them so I can go take a look.)

    Hi

I sent you the app logs, but the problem was fixed today since I was able to post new post today.

Otherwise I only use WiFi and VPN because nothing works in China without VPN.

    Thank you
    Vesna

    Hi Vesna,

I’m glad the problem is gone now! If it does come back, please let me know and we can keep investigating it for you.
