No possibility to customize the theme

    I need help. The site worked fine, I made all the updates and suddenly I can not customize the theme. In any attempt to edit, a message like below appears. Unfortunately, I have not received any instructions. I will be grateful for help.

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums.
