No Reading menu in my settings

  Hi, I’m trying to remove the blog page from my site so it’s all static. But the reading menu does not appear in my settings. Only writing. Here is the site: https://rmurrayuk.wordpress.com/ any suggestions? thanks :)

  The Set a Static “Home” Page (Front Page) support page also describes how to set a static front page at Customize (“Site Customizer”) > Static Front Page.
