    Hello! I have cancelled my domain last 9th of July and I haven’t received my refund yet. It’s been more than 2 weeks now.

    Hi there,

    I see we processed the refund back to you back on 7/9 – we released the funds back to your bank and they are no longer with us. I would contact your bank about this. Sometimes, they are able to see pending transactions that you do not see on your end. Also, depending on your bank and the country in which you reside, the refund could take longer. Please reach out to them and let us know what you find out.
