No Renew Button

I do not have a renew button on my upgrades page. I renewed on 10/2, but it still shows as expired. Please help.

Did you check here? Store > Billing History
How many username accounts do your have? Are you sure you are logged in under the username account that registered that specific blog? -
I don’t see any upgrades under your account or attached to http://dfwamacommunications.wordpress.com/
Please make sure that you are logged in as the user who owns the upgrade. If you are, what is the URL of the blog you’re referring to?

we’re trying to renew http://www.dfwamamarketeroftheyear.com. It was set up by someone who no longer works with us. when i renewed on 10/2, he told me it charged him personally. Any ideas? I’m happy to pay it myself, but I couldn’t even get that option.

The domain dfwamamarketeroftheyear.com expired on September 27.
In order to move it to your account to renew it, I’ll need to see the current owner request that in this thread.

I was the former CEO of Pocketstop and we bought the account for http://www.dfwamamarketeroftheyear.com for the AMA. I am not sure if we bought it on my personal account (Jeff Kilman) or on the pocketstop account. I would like it to be transferred to AMA per their request above.

Yes, that is the account. By “transfer it to them at the AMA,” do you mean transfer it to the user dfwamacommunications?

I have transferred the domain to dfwamacommunications as requested.
That user can now renew the domain via Store -> Domains in the blog’s Dashboard.
