No Renew Button

  My wordpress.org website reverts back to my wordpress.com site. My domain registration has expired and I can’t see the “Renew” button in My Upgrades.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Your domain can only be renewed by the WordPress.com account that purchased the domain upgrade. I checked WordPress.com records, and the other administrator account on your blog purchased that domain. You’ll need to log in with that account (or ask the owner of that account to log in) to renew the domain.

  If you can’t remember what WordPress.com account was used to purchase the domain, you can see what user purchased an upgrade under Store > My Upgrades in your dashboard. Under each upgrade, you’ll see “Purchased by” and the name of that user. You can also see a list of all the users on your blog under Users > All Users in your dashboard.

  I’ve tried logging in using both users but the renew button doesn’t come up when I go to the my up-grades page on either profile.

  Hi there,

  I just checked, and the renew button should appear when you log in as the user that owns the domain. I just sent an email to the email address on file for that account, with more information about renewing the domain. (If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder and the social/promotions tabs if you use Gmail.)

  I have checked but cant see an email. I’ve tried to log in using my both email addresses. Is there another way to renew my domain. are you able to renew it for me? This is my business webpage, as such I need it back up and running asap.

  Can you please contact us from the other account, or send us an email from the email address on the account that owns the domain? That account needs to renew this domain, so if you contact us that way I can help you with this renewal. (You can reply here to let me know once you do, so I can follow up on this for you.)
