No response to email about domain name

    I have written before and received NO RESPONSE! I’m writing again. On 2/11/2022, we purchased a PREMIUM PLAN and registered a website. As we were building this site, WordPress recommended a site name. We decided to use this site suggested name: abundantlove.church
    We are ready to publish our website and make it go live. BUT the name you have listed on our subscription is WRONG! We don’t want it to show up this way. The name you’re showing is abundantlovedotchurch.
    It would be to hear from someone regarding this error and how it will be fixed. Because this has already been paid for. This needs to be corrected so we can launch our website! Will be waiting to hear back from you. Thanks

    Hi there!

    I just checked and noticed that you canceled the previous domain, abundantlove.church, and registered a new one, abundantlove-church.org. The new domain is now set as the primary domain, so when you visit the site, you see it in the address bar.

    The address abundantlovedotchurch.wordpress.com is the underlying WordPress.com site address. All WordPress.com sites have a unique underlying site address. With a custom domain set as the primary address, your site visitors won’t see the WordPress.com address.
