I have been trying to get the support team at Jetpack to respond to an issue with a rebuilt website and access to my VideoPress content. One suggestion was to post the issue here, but that appears to be bad advice. However, if you have any suggestions, I would be most appreciative.

Thank you for your reply. To be clear, I have VideoPress installed on the replacement site and it is connected to my account. I have four videos loaded in the media library, but VideoPress only shows an invitation to create a free account or create a new account. If you need more information, please let me know.
