No response when I try to activate a new account.

    I’m setting up a new account and received the expected “Activate paulchapin5719” message, but when I click on the “Click here to Confirm Now” button it takes me to a page what tells me there is an “Invalid activation key”. That’s not surprising since I haven’t received an activation key. I haven’t received any response at all including the “Welcome Kit” that they’re suppose to email me. It’s been well over 12 hours so it shouldn’t be a problem of just not waiting long enough.

    That’s not surprising since I haven’t received an activation key

    The activation key is embedded in the button you clicked that says “Click here to confirm”, so you have received it.

    I’m sending you an email to help you manually activate the account instead. Please reply there once you get it.
