  I receive a facturation by e-mail and when I click to cancel the automatic renewal, they answer me that I don’t have any site??? 😵

  For what site did you receive a renewal email? Please log into the WordPress.com account using the email address at which you received that reminder.

  The account you’re using to post here was only created a month ago and does not own any sites or upgrades on WordPress.com.
