no SMSs for two steps

  I don’t receive SMS anymore, since last week and I have to use the backup codes to log in. There is nothing wrong neither with my phone, nor with my mobile company. What can I do, because I asked for help every single day of last week and received only general advices, that don’t apply to my situation.

  As I already said in your other thread, why don’t you switch over to an authenticator app – https://wordpress.com/support/security/two-step-authentication/#use-an-app – that’s much more reliable.
