No theme on mobile

I set up my blog through GoDaddy and it was great, looked fab on pc and mobile. Last night I installed JetPack to view stats but it had an option to get ‘detailed stats’ via WordPress so I set up a WordPress log in. Since then when viewing my blog on a mobile, it has no theme, it is just basic wordpress and looks awful. Please help, how can I solve this.

  • Hi –

Does the site return to the previous state when you disable the detailed stats in Jetpack?

Running the site through our Jetpack debugging tool doesn’t give any clues. The connection looks great, and there aren’t any errors.

My guess is that the site theme is causing your trouble. The easiest way to test that is to switch to a basic WordPress theme like Twenty Fifteen: https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Default_Themes

There’s a nifty plugin to help you do that:

Theme Switcha – Easily Switch Themes for Development and Testing

See how the site looks on mobile views with Jetpack detailed stats enabled.
