No Way to Navigate Back Home
-
I see other people have had the same problem I’m having, but their solutions don’t apply here:
A user opens my blog, clicks the “About” (or any) page and there is no tab or button for the home page. While other wordpressers apparently feel that “the user is smart enough to hit the back button” or “the user knows your short xxx.com is your front page” resolves the problem, that won’t cut it in this library blog. A) Libraries set their computers to wipe out history FAST on shared, public computers B) First time users are part of the intended audience. I’m using the Garland theme. Help would be SOOOO appreciated. -
In Garland, clicking the name of the blog returns one to the home page. Many, if not most, blogs and sites work that way, even if there’s a separate Home tab. In addition, you can put the pages widget in one of the sidebars.
