Nofollow links are not working

My nofollow links are showing up as dofollow links in yoast. Not sure what I can do to fix this. I tried removing the ‘noopener noreferrer’ which then makes the link nofollow UNTIL I hit save and it then goes back to dofollow and the ‘noopener noreferrer’ return.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The fact that the site may have been built using WordPress, or may mention ‘Powered by WordPress’ (or something similar) simply means it is using the WordPress.org software, which can be downloaded and installed on any web host.
