Non-Profit Charged Hundreds for product we couldn’t access to cancel…
-
Hi. Formerly we used woocommerce to run our online store-front for our non-profit, we receive notice that we were going to be charged and now have spent several days just trying to get into the account and get a hold of anyone at all that can help. We didn’t have the money for this at all, but the fact that we couldn’t even access the account to properly cancel the services before they came due added insult to injury. Please somebody, anybody, help.

Hi there,
Log out of this WordPress.com account, and use the email address at which you received that renewal notice to request a password reset link at https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
That will let you log into the WordPress.com account linked to your WooCommerce.com profile, so you can log in there and contact WooCommerce support at https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/
You can also try replying to that renewal notification email directly for help with this.
But you’re posting here in the WordPress.com forums (where we don’t provide support for WooCommerce) via a brand new WordPress.com username account created only a few hours ago, and not associated with any WooCommerce.com profile, so I’m not able to help any more than that over here.
We also cannot help with account access issues here in the public forums, so if you’re unable to access the correct WordPress.com account, please follow our account recovery steps at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/ to regain access.
