  Hello friends, why are there no discounts available for nonprofits?

  We do not offer discounts at this time but we are able to register you as a non-profit so that you are not charged tax on your purchases. https://wordpress.com/support/tax-exempt-customers/

  Please note that I do not see any upgrades on your account, and the site appears to have upgrades purchased by another admin. In this case we will need to hear from them directly so we can apply the tax-exempt status to the account making purchases for the site.
