    Hello!

    I’m with a small non profit out of Omaha, Nebraska. We’re researching to see what it takes to set up a website. I found a couple free non profit templates on different sites but I have to have a premium plan to use those? I’m really just looking for a way to take donations and possibly membership dues. Do you have any suggestions?

    Hi Richard,

    If you want to use a third party theme you will need to upgrade to the Business Plan. However, we have over a 100 free themes available on WordPress.com, many of which could be suitable for your organisation, and if you don’t want to upgrade to the Premium or Business plan you can also buy any of our premium themes as a once-off purchase to use the theme on your site.

    On free and Personal Plan sites you can use an HTML PayPal button to take payments:

    And with the Premium and Business Plan you can add the simple-payments button:
