  I have not renewed my wordpress account and now I am receiving a message that my password and email has been changed for my account?

  Hi @tommyboy149821, your best bet is to go ahead and respond directly to that “Email Address Update Requested” email. Looks like you’ve done just that and changed your password. Good work. You might consider enabling 2FA as well:
