None of our users are able to sign in to our back end to address a plugin error

    None of our users are able to sign in to our back end to address a plugin error, everyone is getting a blank screen or credential error when attempting to sign in. We received an email with links suggesting which plugin might be the root of the error, but we’re stuck.. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
