nontechnical user advantages to converting html website to wordpress site

  Here is my situation. I have a webiste(static), written in html and css. Is there any advantage, in terms of non-technical users updating thr website, in converting it to wordpress? I have lots of experience with html and none with wordpress and php. I would like to hear from wordpress users as to what they think the user advantages are…..

  WordPress makes it extremely easy to add, update and change content without needing any knowledge of HTML, PHP or anything else. That is probably the biggest advantage.
