not a valid JSON response

    Hello! I’m trying to upload a video to WordPress. The file size is around 300M. But I am getting a ‘This response is not a valid JSON response. I have contacted BlueHost technical support and they were able to increase my upload and media storage, however this did not resolve my issue. Is this something you can help with?

    I checked your site and it appears you’re in the wrong forum. Although your site is connected to WordPress.com via Jetpack, it is using the open source WordPress.org software and you need to seek help at these forums:
