Not able to access site or dashboard

One of my plugins (aco-woo-dynamic-pricing) crashed the entire website when updating. I tried to fix it with the Recovery link send by EaspWP but the page still appeared as ‘There has been a critical error on this website’. How do I fix this?

We’re limited in how we can help because we don’t actually host your site on WordPress.com. Your host, Namecheap, uses a different version of the WordPress platform and we don’t have access to your server files.
