Not able to access wp-admin

    I lost ownership of the domain that the site is on. Now, I am not able to access the wp-admin page or login into the dashboard of my own site.

    Can someone help me figure this out and get back access of my site?

    Apologies, but we can’t help with your issue directly because we don’t host manitobakids.ca on our WordPress.com managed hosting.

    To explain, we are a fully managed hosting provider and use a custom server environment that is optimized for WordPress, provides built-in security and performance improvements, as well as in-house support for your site questions.

    Because of the way we’ve optimized our service, we also use a customized version of WordPress that is different (under the hood) from what you use at your previous hosting provider. As a result we are not able to offer backups and historical data for sites hosted elsewhere. Of course, we would love to host your site here, where we we are happy to help further. But as it stands now, we can’t assist.

    The good news is that your previous hosting provider may be able to help in this instance. I recommend contacting them for further assistance to see if they have a backup on their end that they can restore your site from. They are in the best position to help. Thanks!
