  i keep getting a message bar that tells me to log out inorder to add my wordpress site. 831fire.com

  I’m not sure what you mean. Where exactly are you seeing this message and what is the exact text of the message?

  The account, 45cesarluna, that you’re using to post here is not a user on that site, so you shouldn’t be able to see any messages related to that site in your WordPress.com account.

  To make any changes to that site you need to be logged in as the account that owns it.
