Not able to build the store

    Hi I was trying to build a store with woocommerce, but an error popped up and showed an error ‘we hit a snag’ contact support

    Hi there,

    the only site I see on your account is vivemekarma.wordpress.com, and it is not possible to add WooCommerce to that site unless you first upgrade to our WordPress.com Pro Plan

    Is it possible that you are referring to another site that you have under a different account? What is the URL of your site so we can look it up in our system?
