Not able to customize at all!

I can’t edit my site. On my update tab I am given, ‘Your Elegant Themes subscription has expired. You must renew your account to regain access to product updates and support.’ When I try clicking customize, it gives me ‘Edit widget: Mailjet Subscription Widget Add widget: Mailjet Subscription Widget Edit Add Mailjet Subscription Widget’ with blank space. Does this subscription have anything to do with not being able to edit the look of my website?
And also when I hover over my site name on top left and go to visit site, I am unable to edit from there. It completely leaves the editor. Isn’t there a way to edit while on the website?
