Not able to customize my site

Every time I click to view site from my dashboard it sends me back to the admin login page. I found a way around that but when I tried to publish the customization I did, a box popped up saying I didn’t have high enough clearance. I am the admin. And the sole creator/customizer of this site. What is going on?
