not able to enter info in general screen

  I registered my own domain and want to host it on extra space I already pay for. I have read the steps in this tutorial http://codex.wordpress.org/Settings_General_Screen but my version of the General Screen does not have any of the URL boxes… what I am missing? I don’t know what I’m doing, I’m very novice to this type of stuff.

  Your blog is hosted here at WordPress.com. The instructions you’re referring to relate to a self-hosted WordPress.org installation.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities.

  I am trying to migrate it to self hosting through wordpress.org. I installed the software on my server space already, I am attempting to export….

  You can export your blog via Tools -> Export in your Dashboard.
