Not able to get in to my account

  Hello, I am very frustrated client and may regret I went through you to purchase a domain; however, I am hoping I can actually get some help. I submitted a form for account recovery with information asked and even send a follow up email with additional information you might need to help me get into my account and have not heard back from you. I was promised someone will contact me within 24 hours , no one did. I created a new account so I can communicate with you. My issue is I believe I mistyped my email when purchasing my domain last week and now I am not able to login to it. Please help.

  hi, i have an old account i have lost access to, can you please help me to regain my access to my old account i need to make some changes and update some infor.

  i previously signed up using my university email and my uni email is linked to my personal hotmail account. Now i no longer have access to my uni email. However, i still have old activation email to prove ownership.

  its a very old account i created. please help.
