  I am trying to install my purchased theme on my wordpress website and this is what it reads: This site can’t be reached The webpage at http://setyourspiritfree.co.za/wip/wp-admin/update.php?action=upload-theme might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address. ERR_ACCESS_DENIED

  The site you’ve listed does not use our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com.

  Instead, you’re set up with the open source WordPress.org software. Help with this version of WordPress comes from https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
