not able to install theme

  hi guys i am not able to install theme from my pc to wordpress site.In the last step i am not able to click on proceed button as it becomes unclickable.Following is the message which i get in the last step.
  ‘Subdomain change: Your subdomain will change from theblackbeetlecom.wordpress.com to theblackbeetlecom.wpcomstaging.com.’
  I would be grateful if you could resolve this issue or let me know what to do after this step.
