Not able to install themes from outside WordPress, how can I?

  I don’t have the option to install themes when I go to the appearance page. I have paid to have my domain mapped to a WordPress site. I have installed wordpress on my webhost and it still doesn’t show up within the themes. I would really like to get my OptimizePress theme working, so I can start working on my website.

  I’m sorry, but themes can’t be uploaded to WordPress.com. That’s a feature of self-hosted blogs through WordPress.org.

  You may use any of the available themes we have under Appearance > Themes in your dashboard, and you may want to look into purchasing the Custom Design Upgrade to customize one of the themes we offer:
