Not Able to login my wordpress through pc

Hello, I am Anil Gaikwad, I purchased domain and hosting from Hostgator. I installed WordPress and used it for some days. My plan expired for hosting and I renewed it for 3 months. Now I am not able to log in my WordPress on my PC, but I can log in through my other devices like my mobile and tab, the problem is I am unable to log in through my pc. I have contacted Hostgator but they were unable to help me. Even I cleared cache, cookies, and history in my pc even though I am unable to log in to my WordPress through pc, after entering WordPress login credentials the page is refreshing. I request you to please provide a solution for me for this issue.
