  We can’t help you as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but is selfhosted. I do think the message on your site http://dulic.in/is very clear “You have successfully installed CyberPanel, please remove this page and upload your website.”

  As your site is selfhosted you must install the open source wordpress.org, https://wordpress.org/
