Not able to make my Themify-Ultra site mobile responsive

The issue that I am facing:
I am building a WordPress site locally on PC for practice using Themify-Ultra theme. In this site, I have created a module for Blog displaying three blog posts on Home page.

When trying to check if my site is mobile responsive, the blog section looks fine (3 blog posts with featured images and title under them) when the Desktop preview button on top is selected. But when I click on Mobile version preview, the blog images look overlapped from side to side. So I go to Styling option of this Blog Post Module. Check if the mobile device icon is selected. And then when I go to Post and see Post Layout option, already Grid 3 is selected. However, I click on Grid 3 icon again. This solves my problem. So I click Done and Save. Now after saving, when I again click on desktop version preview, the first two posts appear in one row and third below them. So I go to Styling and check the post layout. It is already Grid 3. However, I click on Grid 3 again and this solves my problem, so I click on done and save. After saving, when I click on mobile version preview, again the images look overlapped like they first did.

And this same cycle keeps repeating. What is the issue here that I am not able to sustain the changes and the site is not becoming mobile responsive. Please please guide though I know it’s difficult to understand the issue without images. Thank you
