Not able to make payment using indian credit card

    Transaction Declined: For Rs.0.00 on HDFC Bank Credit Card ***. Reason: International Online usage disabled.

    Last time i purchased from the same card on another account.

    Can i able to purchase from credit card issued in india without International Online usage option?

    If any solution rom your side, please let me know

    Hi there!

    I believe international online usage needs to be enabled for you to complete the payment to us. You can contact your bank to learn more about this.

    Can you tell us the address of the site that’s on your other account? We can check to see which payment method was used then to see if there’s a difference. Perhaps your card’s international online usage was enabled back then?

    There’s not much we can look into beyond the error message we see on our end, so we’d suggest reaching out to the bank to learn more about why the transaction was declined this time but not the other time.

    But we’re happy to check the other account for you. Feel free to let us know the site address or the username of the other account and we’ll check.
